Career advice for an 18 y/o ?

Hello, So basically I am an 18 year old engineering student who loves designing and Video Editing and want to learn and expand more in it via Freelancing. With all goals in my mind I alloted each 3 months of this year with different skills like Graphic, Ui and Ux, motion and at last content creation because I like to explore the art of film making.

The only problem is the present. I have goals for future but in present am doing graphic designing and aiming to make myself a brand through constant posting on either linkedin or instagram

Now I just need a final advice from someone who can relate with my goals and have any piece of help for me
