planted this monte carlo two days ago in my new tank and it already seems to be melting/discolored? some of it is the soil but some of the leaves are properly discolored, any advice? thanks :)

my first tank! although im a litte concerned about the actual glass breaking under the pressure, its 12Litres (2.6g) 3mm thick glass and has silicone bonds. advice please? :)
