Latest piece, based on an illustration by musician and visual artist Emilee Petersmark. Couldn’t get the shading on the skull right, but otherwise happy with how it turned out, especially once I filled in the background and added the sequins.

Partial wedding gift for a couple of friends. Their wedding was Tangled themed so I added their date on the back in the Tangled sun. Been struggling to feel inspired lately, so I’m hoping that sharing art will help spark that joy again, what do you all do to rekindle the flame when you’re burnt out?

4 days progress into my second thread painting piece, but first thread painting commission. This one’s got me a lil nervous cause I’ve got a deadline to have it done by February and I hope I can finish it in time 🤞 I couldn’t wait to post it though cause I’m so excited about the progress so far!

Wanted to share a little bit of WWDITS fan art I made, both for love and to go along with the themed Halloween party we’re hosting this year (partner and I are going as Nadja and Laszlo). I added LED lights to the hoop so during the party it will glow and be truly Superb.
