Samuel L. Jackson was backstage at a Michael Jackson concert when he turned to find Marlon Brando reciting his Ezekiel speech from Pulp Fiction. Brando gave him a number. When Jackson called, it was a Chinese restaurant but Brando picked up. It was his way of screening calls.
